How to Use
Shake makeup remover well before using. Saturate cotton ball. Sweep on. Wipe off. Rinse with cool water before reapplying makeup. For long-wearing makeup, use the press and hold method: Saturate a cotton pad with this liquid makeup remover, then press and hold over lashes for 10 seconds before wiping away makeup. Use the same method for long-wearing lipstick.
