For best results, exfoliate your entire body before applying. For seamless blending, apply a thin layer of lotion to hands, feet, wrists, ankles, and elbows as a barrier before applying. Apply an even layer all over your body. Rub in circular motions; no swiping up and down. Wait five to 10 minutes for your tan to set before dressing or getting into bed. For best results, avoid contact with water for at least eight hours after applying. Use daily, or as often as needed, to refresh your color and glow. Wash hands with soap and water immediately after applying.
