Thorough exfoliation is recommended before applying. Create a barrier by applying a thin layer of moisturizer to your feet, ankles, knees, elbows, wrists, and hands before self-tanning. Dispense two to three pumps onto a mitt for each area of skin. Apply in long strokes, then blend in circular motions for the most even-looking results. When applying at night, sleep in loose clothing. Shower after eight hours or when your desired color develops. Keep skin hydrated with a body cream to help extend your tan. Store product in a cool, dark place and in an upright position.
