Use the included tweezers to pick up a toner pad. Gently place the pad on your face. Once the essence is fully absorbed and the pad turns white, remove it and swipe gently across the skin. Tips: Avoid leaving the pad on for more than 20 minutes. Biodance recommends folding the toner pad for use, rather than cutting it. Use as a quick morning mask to revive and prep your skin for the day. For more intense hydration and soothing care, try layering a gel pad over the toner pad after applying the essence.
