How to Use

Apply one to two dots under the eye by pumping the applicator to dispense product. Gently massage the under-eye area and entire orbital bone using the unique cool tip applicator in an inward movement to visibly smooth out fine lines, and outwards to depuff and brighten the look of the eye area. Gently tap to blend using your fingertip or a brush. Repeat as needed. Wear alone or under makeup.
